Four sweater vests!
I don't get it. He wears the same t-shirt the WHOLE TIME. How does he possibly dirty four sweater vests?

Maybe he wears sweater vests as part of his secret identity. I know it seems like he doesn't has one, since he dates Penny as Captain Hammer, but there could be an explanation for that, too. Hell, maybe his secret identity has a wife?
As Superman proves, all it takes is a pair of glasses to not be recognized.
