Not Buffy-related, I promise
Here's a nice piece briefly outlining the strengths and weaknesses of the three Presidential candidates, courtesy of Andrew.
I have to go to a "welcome reception" tonight for the Speaker's symposium on crime and violence (which I will be at ALL DAY tomorrow, joy), so I'm trying to psych myself up to mingle with strangers. I wonder if there will be free booze.

i didn't read your title first, and saw the "courtesy of andrew" and immediately thought of buffy. haha
also, mingling with strangers is a lot more fun/easy if you're holding an animal like a snake. although then people might be scared if you're holding a snake, since you don't work for a zoo. oh well
Hmm, I don't think I would make it past security if I was holding a snake, lol. That would've certainly made things more interesting, though. I ended up not going to the reception because I was tired and didn't feel like dealing with strange people. I saw enough of them yesterday.
